Will Writing

I understand that writing your Will isn't the most exciting thing to spend your money on but it is the most important.

A Will ensures that your home, valuables and money are distributed as you wish after you've gone.

As we get older it becomes harder to manage our affairs. By having an LPA in place your family are able to look after you according to your wishes even if you are unable to make the decisions for yourself.

In order to take control of your loved one’s affairs, you will need to make an application to the Court of Protection to be appointed as their Deputy, I can guide you through this complex process.

Equity release is a financial product for people aged 55 to 95 which allows you to release some of the cash (equity) tied up in your home. The money released, can be spent however you like.
